What does Holovision do?

Holovision is a manufacturer of Entry Access Systems for the residential Smart Home Automation market.We provide a range of products with decorative solid brass, aluminum and Stainless Steel faceplates using popular intercom systems. We also offer a variety of camera, keyless and biometric entry access options. We partner with leading Home Automation system companies, including Ring, Crestron, Savant, Elan and Control4, URC, RTI and DoorBird to provide consumers with a complete Home Automation solution.  We can also customize designs to meet your needs.

 

What is your return policy?

We will only accept returns of un-installed product. If the items have been installed/used we will not issue an RA for return. A 30% restocking fee will apply to any return not being exchanged for a product of equal or higher value within 1 week of return. Holovision will not accept returns for custom units or custom finishes. Please note: Any damages to product returned will be subject to further deductions of return credit.

RA requests must be made and will be confirmed in writing. Please use RA # provided by Holovision to return your defective piece. Please write the RA# on the outside of the box and package well so to not incur any damages during shipping. Please include all parts in your return including any wires, cables or power supplies, when applicable, to ensure full credit is available. All other parts not authorized to be returned will be rejected and subject to no credit or refund. Product that is deemed to be damaged will be subject to further reduction of return credit.

 

What is your warranty period?

One year from date of purchase.

 

What is your advance replacement policy?

To request an advance replacement we suggest that you first call in and speak to our Product Specialist. Once he has diagnosed the issue he will work up an order for a replacement part. All advance replacements are charged out the door and invoices reflect Holovision RA policy. The default shipping method for advance replacement parts is UPS Ground. If the dealer decides to upgrade the shipping method it is non-refundable. (In most cases Ground shipping is refunded.) Once the replacement part is received by the dealer the defective part is to be returned within 30 days. Any parts not received within 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, if applicable. A return label will be issued for potentially defective parts only up to 30 days after the replacement part is received and only if it is requested via email or phone by the Dealer. Return labels are not issued for upgrades or for exchanges. Finally once the defective part is received, it is inspected for damage and tested here in our office. If it is determined that any damages to the product(s) were caused by human hands it is up to Holovision’s discretion whether credit will be issued.

Please note: Advance replacements are picked, packaged and shipped in the order they were received and usually ship within 48-72 hours.

NOTE: All Advance replacements are charged out the door and invoices reflect Holovision’s RA policy.

 

 

Where are you located?

We are located in Santa Ana, CA at 501 E. Goetz Avenue, Santa Ana, 92707.  Our products are installed throughout the United States, Canada, and around the world.

 

What are your hours?

Our normal hours of operation are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

 

What finish do you recommend for wet weather/climates?

Brushed Chrome is the same as the Marine Chrome used on boats.

 

Do you have finish samples?

We offer a sample kit for purchase, which comes with 13 standard finish chips in a plastic case. The price for the kit is the same, regardless of how many samples you need and you will receive a full kit with all samples. We do not sell the sample chips individually. Please contact us for a quote on the sample finish kit. Alternatively, we have pictures of our finishes available on the product pages on this site.

 

Do you offer showroom discounts?

On a case-by-case basis, we may determine that a showroom discount is available for some dealers.

 

How soon will I receive my product?

We generally quote a 2 week lead time for units in our standard product line. For any plate that needs to be sent to the finisher the lead time will vary by the finish color. For any stainless steel plate that needs to be made to order we quote an 8-10 week lead time for fabrication and finishing. For custom orders we quote a 12-14 week lead time.  Please call for availability. Poor planning on your part does not warrant an emergency on our part.

In some cases, we do offer customers expedited delivery for an additional fee.

 

Does Holovision sell directly to end users?

No, Holovision sells direct to dealers who are involved in low-voltage electrical installations. If you are an end user, you can call us for a referral to a reputable dealer located near you.
